Here are some suggestions... Always start out with cleansed and moisturized skin. This itself will allow your makeup to go on smoothly. Instead of using a foundation or powder...try a tinted moisturizer that will give you a radiant glow to your skin.

Laura Mercier

For those Cheeks: try a cheek stain...just enough color to give you that fresh and rosy look. A little goes a long way smooth outward with your finger tips and apply on the apples of your cheeks and stroke upwards.

Your lip color should be neutral and try to find a color that blends well with your lip color.
Here are some suggestions:
Sephora Maniac Mat Long-Wearing Matte Lipstick

Bath & Body Works Mentha Lip Tint

For those who still like a little color on the eyes, try matted shades like the suggestions below:
Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Talc Free Mineral Eye Shadow Duo
Physicians Formula Matte Collection Quad Eye Shadow
Urban Decay Matte Eyeshadow

For those eyebrows:
Try either a powder formula or a brow marker, which is my favorite brow enhancer. Remember when applying, do it with a light stroke and not with a heavy hand.

I was just reading about Tarte Cheek Stain in either Marie Claire or Cosmo last night. I think I may have to try it - who can resist a natural-looking flush? :)
