It's a cute lil box. Wrapped nicely with the information card.
I was pleased with the contents!
The box contained:

Repairs cuticle damage, strengthens hair to prevent future breakage and instantly restores hydration and shine to hair. After just one treatment, it restores health to even the most deeply damaged hair.
  • Morgan Taylor Professional Nail Lacquer - Full Size $8.50
Inspired by luminous pearls, raw gems, semi-precious stones, glimmering silvers and radiant gold all drawn from the earth. This exclusive nail lacquer is infused with rare and precious elements. It is also free of Formaldehyde, Toluene, and DBP.
  • Damone Roberts Miss Ross Brow Shadow - Full Size $20

Unfortunately my nail polish arrived with a cracked down the back but luckily it did not leak on the other stuff. Anywho, the lovely people at Black Girl Beauty reacted  quickly and, a new bottle is already on it's way to my house. Talk about amazing customer service.
After I posted a pic on Instagram of my box with the note that my nail polished was cracked. Within two days, I received replacement nail polishes along with a hand written note from the owner herself. Talk about amazing customer service! I am seriously impressed.

So, what do you think of black girl beauty? Black girl Beauty is only $20 per month and I cannot wait for my next box!

Julep September Box - Review

It has been forever since I received a Julep box. I finally decided to get the September box because I was enticed by the featured products. Julep allows you to skip a month, which I love. But, this month they had some facial products so of course I was sold.

Now to the goodies.

The box contained:

Bare Face Cleansing Oil ($28) This lightweight, antioxidant-rich cleanser gently and thoroughly dissolves makeup, dirt, and excess oil without over-drying skin, then rinses clean with no oily residue. Recommended for all skin types

I like this cleansing oil I used to make a similar oil and it makes your skin glow. It makes my super oily skin less oily.

Blank Canvas Mattifying Face Primer ($28) This age-defying primer creates a smooth, even canvas for gorgeous makeup that lasts all day.  Absorbs shine, brightens skin, and locks in moisture for 24 hours. Reduces the appearance of wrinkles and pores. Fortified with 18 plant extracts.

This does absorbs shine but, I did not notice a brightening effect. Otherwise it is a nice primer.

I also received these two nail colors. Tatiana and Kristy a gorg orange with simmers or green and a dark shiny navy blue.

All in all, I am so satisfied with this box and feel it is defiantly worth the $19.99 cost. Do you subscribe to Julep? If so, what do you think?

OMG - My Allure Beauty Box Review!!

I have been so excited to show you guys my Fall Beauty Beauty Box!  This is my first Allure Beauty Box for two reasons 1. they are only available on a seasonal basis and 2. They sell out within minutes of going on sale. Why are these boxes better than any subscription box? Because they send out full sized products and it is only $39.99! This Allure Beauty Box is valued at over $350.00. Talk about getting your monies worth.

When I came home and saw my box sitting on my porch I was so excited. This box was heavy and I could not wait to crack it open.

I was really impressed with how organized this box was packed.

The Box comes with a nice information booklet, that lists each product individually with details on that product.

Packed so neat!

KMS California HAIRSTAY Anti-Humidity Seal ($18):  This shields hair from frizz and leaves    a shiny, weightless finish.

Sation Nail Laquer in Wine-y Happy People ($5): I love this is color it is perfect for fall!

Sally Hansen Salon Effects Real Nail Polish Strips in Laced Up ($12): I like having these on hand for a super quick nail color change.

GK Hair Taming System Serum ($20):  I am not familiar with this brand but, gotta love a hair serum. I can't wait to try this.

Cetaphil Daily Advance Lotion Ultra Hydrating ($9): I really like Cetaphil's products so, this will came in handy.

Neutrogena Triple Moisture Deep Recovery Hair Mask ($8): I go thru deep conditioners so, quick so this is needed.

Neutrogena Rapid Tone Repair Night Moisturizer ($21): This night cream is a treatment with Vitamin C and Retinol, NUFF said! This states that it will reduce the look of dark spots and discoloration in only one week. I can't wait to try this one.

Simple Hydrating Moisturizer ($8):  This hydrating Moisturizer is great for sensitive skin.

Schick Hydro Silk Razor (Price Unknown): I use a different type of razor but, this will be great to travel with.

Sally Hansen Salon Manicure Cuticle Eraser + Balm ($6): I am gonna keep this in my purse just in case I have an cuticle emergency.

Redken All Soft Argan-6 Oil ($30):  We doesn't love Argan oil. I used this only once and I am love with it already. This alone makes this beauty box worth it's price.

Burt’s Bees Revitalizing Lip Balm with Blueberry & Dark Chocolate ($3) Honestly, I am not a fan of Burt's products so, I will gift this one.

Redermic [R] Eyes Dermatological Anti-Aging Eye Corrector – Intensive ($56)  I flipped when I saw this because I knew it was pricey. This was one of Allure Best of Beauty Award winners a few years ago. This cost more than the whole BOX!

Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs ($13) I tired this once a few years ago and love it, it makes your legs look PERFECT!

RoC MULTI CORREXION NOURISH Stress Repair Eye Cream ($25) I am always down for a eye product and I like ROC products!

ROC Retinol Sensitive Night cream (Sample)

Redken Satinwear Prepping Blow-Dry Lotion ($18):I can't wait to try this. I am a Redken Fan.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure ($8): The complete salon line is my favorite from Sally Hansen. And, this blue is so pretty.

Sally Hansen Ouch-Relief Wax Strip Kit ($9): Never tried wax strips before so, this shall be interesting!

Skintimate Skin Therapy Sensitive Skin Formula ($3): This is my daughter's favorite shaving cream so this will be gifted to her. I do not use shaving cream.

Pixie Eye Bright Liner ($17): This states it makes your eyes look bigger and awake.

KMS California HAIR STAY Anti-Humidity Seal ($18) This is another frizz be ware spray.

Carol’s Daughter Monoi Repairing Hair Mask ($32): I can not begin to tell you how happy I was to see this. Again this alone would make the box WELL worth it's price. I have wanted to try to for so long. 96% less breakage after one use is the bomb.  I enjoy Carols Daughter's products.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash ($7): My daughter uses and loves this face wash and this will go to her.

I was impressed with this box and plan to purchase future Allure beauty boxes.  This box vauled in at about $350 and only cost $39.99 plus shipping which was I think $9.
I cannot wait for their Winter Allure Beauty Box which should be available around October so, stay tuned!

What in the world is Qoileez - Review

Stretch Twirl and Done! I was giving the opportunity to review the super fun product Qoileez and had so much fun with this product.

Qoileez are a lightweight, stretchable plastic product that has so many uses. Qoileez comes in so many different colors and prints and are super affordable. You can receive a pack of 7 for only $4.99. So far my favorite way to use Qoileez is as wine glass accessories. It is so easy to forgot which glass is yours when I entertain and those. Traditional wine charms are so expensive and fall off so easy. Not with Qoileez, they hug your glass and I stuck them in the dishwasher still attached to the glass with no problem. The prints are so much fun one of me faves is the black leopard Qoileez.

Check out their website, Facebook page or YouTube channel for more cool ideas or info on this product.

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

My July GlossyBox Review

Just a warning that this may be my last glossy box review. I really am a patient person but enough is enough. I love the whole idea of Glossybox I mean I adore the pink boxes. I love the idea of being able to try new beauty products. I love finding out about products I either never heard of or would never purchase for whatever reason. I just love it all BUT, Glossy continues to send me items that I want to try so bad but, can't cause it is so wrong for my skin type and color. So, I give up! There are just too many subscription box services around to just take it. So, please no offense to the lovely people at glossy but I think it is time for me to see other people. Dont' frey I may return after you get it right.

Anywho, on to my pretty little box...

I am happy with the Nicka K New York Absolute! Makeup Cleansing Tissues these always come in handy especially when traveling and at the gym. These have fresh aloe and are quite moisturizing. A full sized package has 60 sheets for $6.99. This one has 10 tissues however, this was the bonus product.

I really like the Figs & Rouge lip tint. I am not a cherry girl but any means but this smells good and is 100% pure and natural. It was the only full size item in the box and it is a very thick balm with crazy staying power.

I love the color if the Nails INC I am a sucker for blue polish. This bottle is so darn smell. It is a cobalt blue with crazy shine and I read it is one of Nails Inc's best selling nail polishes.

The Bvgari Shampoo and Shower gel was a major disappointment to me. I have several of this same product already and I know that is not glossy's fault however, they have be kinda heavy on the Bvlgari products lately.

I think I was most excited about the BB matte cause I am shiny chica. You know that Rihanna song "shine bright like a diamond" oh, I got that beat. This product is an all in one oil control mattifying beauty balm with SPF30!! All I do is win win win but, wait slow your roll. I received this in light to medium and if you scroll up to my pic you will see I am NOT light to medium. So, I could not enjoy this product. Booooo!

Lastly, the Brazilian Blowout Acai Deep Conditioning Masque seems like a win. I have not used this yet but, it is a creamy rich intense conditioning masque that hydrates hair. I checked online and it got pretty good reviews so, I am hopefully about this one.

Overall, this box only had one full size product (The lip balm). Everything else was super mini or sample sizes. I don't feel like this box is worth the $21 per month cost. I like that glossy gives you a little bit of this and that. From nail polish to lip gloss to shower gel. They got your whole body covered but, this was not a win for me.

I always fill out the surveys on glossybox.com after I get my boxes so, I am not sure why I am not getting more customized boxes.

Do you get glossy? What are your thoughts?
