* Look for products that contain lanolin, glycerin, or petrolatum. These ingredients help keep moisture in the skin.
* Try to use creams with SPF to protect from UVA & UVB Rays. The number 1 reason of showing signs of aging is the SUN.

* Use luke warm water when washing hands. Hot water takes away your natural oils.
* Remember Exfoliate, Exfoliate, Exfoliate....only when needed. (If you have flaky, dry hands try to do this at least twice a week).

I love this post because I love tips about everyday things that we need/buy. Lately, I've been using Olay lotion, but will need to switch to something heavier in the winter like Bath and Body Works vanilla body cream!
